The hotel was not exactly as expected; however, the staff and services were very good. Overall, the experience was satisfactory. There was good coordination in accommodation, drivers, and vehicle arrangements, and everything was provided on time. Some improvements can be made in the future based on customer expectations. Excursions India, a big thanks to you and especially to Sachit, who helped to organise my trip to north of India, Dharansala, Manali, Lhe and around Kashmir for 3 weeks. I was a solo middle age woman and Sachit organised very good cars, the best drivers, some of my tickets and even held one of my bags in Delhi office to make my trip confortble . Mr. Bhim Verma, our driver, was extremely professional and drove very safely. He was attentive, helpful, and showed great interest in ensuring our comfort throughout the journey. He took us to different places, helped us capture beautiful photos, and recommended clean roadside dhabas for authentic local food. He was patient, calm, and provided excellent service at all times. The tour guides were very informative and had good knowledge of each attraction. Their English-speaking skills were good, which made communication easy. They also took us to local craft markets after sightseeing, which was a wonderful experience. I would 100% recommend Excursions India to my friends and family. We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would love to come back again with Mr. Bhim Verma as our driver.
On our arrival at Delhi Airport, we were greeted by Mr. Bhim Verma and Mr. Vinay Soni on time, which was an excellent and reassuring start to our tour. Both of them were extremely helpful with our luggage, ensured we had water bottles on arrival, and took great care of us. The hotel check-in at Ramada was smooth. Vinay explained everything clearly and politely. There was a small issue with the room, but Vinay handled it promptly and resolved the matter efficiently. Overall, the arrangements were well managed, and we felt well looked after from the very beginning of our journey. A great start to a memorable tour.
